I have an RF-1170. When I bought it, it was dead and the rotating antenna was broken. I opened it up and noticed that the radio wasn't working because of a simple disconnected "clip" wire. Pushed it in place, and it started working just fine.
I then used superglue to fix the rotating shaft, which now rotates fine also (although I am very careful and gentle with it).
The rest of the radio is very clean and almost new.

It looks very RF-2200-ish.
