Based on my recent experience with an eBay seller:
One. Don't sell an item when you don't have it in stock.
Two. Don't hold the buyer's money for 6 days before telling buyer you don't have the item in stock.
Three. Don't offer to sell something ELSE with the buyer's money.
Four. When buyer requests refund a second time, do not then say you will sell the buyer the desired item a month later when it is in stock.
Five. After buyer's third refund request, don't wait overnight to refund. Refund immediately.
