Yes, speakers are small but it's very compact. Selectivity is great and it doesnt seem to drift at all, even when in the heat (90s).
No complaints about tuning wheel. I plug in my iPhone sometimes and listen to pandora, which is kinda nice. So for me, it fits the bill perfectly of a portable radio/receiver. It may permanently replace my ICF-38, and at $29 shipped the price isn't much greater.
