The lume doesn't require sunlight to charge up because it has the most expensive glow tech: tritium tubes with a life of 25 years. If this diver had a sapphire crystal, I'd buy one today. I sold a rose gold Invicta Ocean Reef that is pure rose gold and has a copper look to Angelo. That one is the best I've owned. I would consider getting one again someday but so far I've been going for gunmetal.
