I might be more interested if it was owned by Gerald Ford. Isn't there a John Glenn radio? No wait, that was Buzz Aldrin I'm thinking of. I guess it's time for bed.

It's not important if a radio was owned by a celebrity or a celebrity's name is on it. It's only important that the radio operates correctly.

"Unclaimed Freight" in Wilkes-Barre/Shavertown Pennsylvania once sold a car owned by Bobby Sherman. And the selling point of the car was that----it was owned by Bobby Sherman! If I recall correctly, it was a Chevy Monte-Carlo with gold plated this and that (door handles for example). Color was metallic gold. It was a few years after Bobby Sherman peaked. Bob is right----things famous people owned are always marketable. I'm sure I could find a buyer for Elvis' used toilet tissue.
