Incredible find! My best thrift store find was not a radio but an unpeeled copy of the Beatles "Butcher Cover" album. My wife bought it for $2, I sold it on eBay for $480.

My best find (garage sale) was a $5 Sirius satellite car radio. Reason it was a great find is because it turns out it was either a demo unit or an unlimited lifetime version because it still had service on it but the service didn't quite match the current set of channels offered so it was obviously grandfathered into something. Sold it on ebay for a few hundred bucks.
