I've got one 25-pound iron kettlebell with rubber coating and two 15-pound ones with sand-filled vinyl. I learned several exercises from the internet, YouTube, etc. The workouts are so brutal, with no rest in between, that I can't do more than 35 minutes, 4 days a week. Any more than that, my muscles start to break down.
Now if I can just stay away from the 5 Evil White Foods: white sugar, white flour, white pasta, white potatoes, white rice.
