I love the look of this Invicta Ocean Reef 6145 Reserve, but it isn't getting any wrist time, so I have to sell it with a couple of others on eBay. Put this under "affordable Breitling killer."
This Ocean Reef is a looker, but every time I'm about to wear I end up putting on my Seiko Black Monster, so off it goes to eBay sales.
Something i've wanted to ask before. You've put numerous Invictas on eBay now. How long on average does it take them to sell? I'm thinking one could gauge demand for these watches based on how long it takes. While many of the regulars here are further along in their watch addiction and are now losing interest in the brand, the market is so huge that there must be limitless numbers of new collectors who are taken in by the massive presence and apparent solidity of Invicta watches. Perhaps their tastes will eventually evolve in the same way.

Ulysses: I'm anxious for Jeff's answer on that. If he's using auction format, I would assume they generally all sell within the 7 days or whatever time range he picks. It seems there is still a "sizable market for size!" And Invicta delivers size----in most cases, without looking ridiculous and by delivering decent quality at a comparatively reasonable price. Another question is----does Jeff see a "bid up" on some of them, or do they usually sell for his starting price?

They've always sold easily until 2 weeks ago when none of the 5 sold at all. I put 3 back on this week. One had two bids. The Venoms and others bid up but most sell for slightly more than original bid price.
