The Denon's look definitely calls to mind the Proton 300. Anybody know how they compare? I have a 300 coming in the mail that picked up on eBay last week for $60 with shipping. It was too cheap to pass up!

Not familiar with the Denon, but have 2 of these Naks that have been working every day for over 30 years. The Nakamichi is nicer in one respect over the Proton 320 in that it has presets.

"Vintage" is pushing it. They're not even very stylish. But one man's meat ...

In eBay terms anything that is not currently available to buy new is vintage. Instead of watches the other thing I buy is shoes and boots, and the same thing applies.
