On #6: there is no correct answer ie, "eat several small meals" or "eat 3 meals". How often and how much a person eats is about energy, how much we need and when. And that depends on the person, what do they do? How often? It makes no sense to expend a lot of energy & then go for hours & hours without food. I lost 135 pounds, kept it off for 3 years, and ate several times a day. Not sure if that's called meals or not. But other friends of mine did the intermittent fasting thing, ate 2x a day. Depends on the person and individual needs.
