Russia “quietly” ends longwave services

I had a casual logging of a Russian sounding station on 171KHz earlier this month via my 148' ground-level "shielded" loop antenna, which I assume was Radio Rossii.

Sadly, after I finally setup an antenna with moderate longwave performance, one of the largest longwave broadcasters shuts down.

About the Tecsun PL-880 Deluxe set, I ordered the set last Tuesday and it arrived today - in seemingly perfect condition! The only way it could have arrived faster is if Anon-co bought it a business class ticket on Cathay Pacific.

Can't wait to unbox and get to know the PL-880.....

Correction, last THURSDAY. Only 1 business day of delivery time from Hong Kong to Milwaukee (where i had it delivered). Amazing.
