I guess this is not news, but I just heard another news item about how yoga and meditation can reduce stress, and thereby reduce health-care costs. I'm gonna try them.

I have to do yoga and/or kettlebells or I get way too stressed.

I have had two angiograms. They are no fun. There is also a 2% chance it will dislodge a clot and kill you.

Now you can get a non-invasive CT angiogram, aka a coronary calcium scan. Harbor-UCLA does them for a couple hundred bucks. Let's you know how your coronary arteries are doing, painlessly.
