A watch that costs north of $400.00 shouldn't need to have its bracelet replaced immediately after purchase. That should stop with the Monster series----which can be had for around two bills. But when you double that price, the bracelet needs to be a quality piece.

Seiko is notorious for using cheap bracelets, especially clasps, on their watches costing as high as 2K. They do it because they can. To be fair to the Sumo, a lot of people like the stock bracelet. I prefer to make it "mine" with the Endmill.
