I've taken Superpump 250, a "preworkout cocktail," for 5 days and have thus far gained 5 pounds. Bear in mind, my objective is to REDUCE. I don't know how much longer I can maintain this experiment before I unload the rest of my Superpump to my officemate who swears that it's helping him lose weight. I fear I may have spent 40 dollars on a product that bloats me. Back to pre-workout coffee.
