Mr. KABC's Explusion Explained

One of Mr. KABC's regular guests, April Winchell, explains the real  reasons behind Mr. KABC's expulsion from KABC in her blog, a lugubrious tale so woeful that I have now let go of my dream to someday be a radio gasbag. Mr. KABC is reported to have another show soon and I hope it's successful as the AM radio waves need smart level-headed talkers such as him.

Update: He has found a home in his new incarnation as Marc "Mr. K" Germain weekdays 3-7 P.M. on KTLK 1150 AM.

Eton Sound 100 Now on Sale

The best looking radio I've seen, the retro-modern Eton Sound 100 is now on sale at NPR Shop. It's an AM/FM bedside style radio with auxiliary output for iPod. It looks great in black. Made by Tecsun in China, I'm confident the Eton Sound 100 will be a good performer. I'm going to buy one soon and review it here.
