Thanks to reader Mike W, we have some good photos of the GS750 in order to get a sense of its size:
Here are some nice shots of the 750 on top of the 800 that give a sense of scale :

A member of the Yahoo GS750 group came up with that one.

That makes the 750 smaller, stubbier than the Panny RF-2200

Ed, if I'm not mistaken, you'll be the owner of an RF-2200 and a GS750 soon. That'd be a great compare/contrast. And if I recall correctly, Jeff mentioned he'd be posting photos from you soon. A side-by-side of the two would be outstanding.

Mike, I agree. Does the GS750 conjure the past glory of the RF-2200? Does it surpass it? Fall short? Hit and miss? We'll see. Hopefully soon.

Mike, I have had the RF-2200 for a couple of weeks now. My 750 won't be shipped before end of August, unfortunately. Jeff, if you want to site-test the 2200 anytime soon let me know.

Ed, I should probably be able to come over this weekend for a site test and I'll bring my wife's camera.
