In with the Panasonic RF-1600 and Out with the C.Crane CSW

I'll be reviewing and hopefully enjoying the Panasonic RF-1600 soon, which I bought on eBay for $57 plus $20 shipping.

To make room for the 1600, I just put my C.Crane CSW for sale on Amazon, including the 4 D rechargeables. 

To keep this blog going, I have to review different radios on a regular basis and that means flipping some of the ones I have. 

Some will say that's just an excuse to indulge my radio passion. I'd say they're not completely wrong.

I'm going to try to hide the AM on my piano somewhere. Mine is an upright. The painting above the piano will hide the FM wire antenna.

We'll see. I'm such a hopeless geek. No matter how many radios I get, each one is a new "adventure."
