ive been flirting with buying this model for years. one thing has held me back,tone switch (hi-lo) instead of tone contol. i just like to tone up my radio to what im listening to, the switch only gives you 2 modes. it reeks quality though. i have 3 sanyo radios and all are very nicely built and great performers. 85.00 bucks is a little rich for me on this one however.

A Sharp 1800 sold today on E-Bay for less than 6.00 plus another 20.00 in freight. Someone got a major steal. I mis-timed the ending of the auction or I might have taken a stab at it. Looked to be in fine condition. Another one is selling as a Buy It Now for over 80.00, making the 6.00 auction win truly a great value.
