Your doctor tells you to lose weight. Or your own pride tells you to. So you go on some sort of program. What you find is that you need determination to fight the fat. And the more determined you get, the more your determination takes over so that your regular check on the scale becomes the biggest thrill of your day. Once life becomes reduced to losing weight, or not, you’re no longer living.

I was chubby and strong. I always want to have six pack and good body definition bud my belly didn’t want to hide and my strong arms had just size and no definition. I did regularly exercise, including cardio and weight training but it didn’t help. I had no clue how to lose my fat and keep my muscles. I had things about diet but I was sure my nutrition was pretty good. I didn’t consume a lot of fat or sweat staff but I like pops and jus, butter and kind of different meat. One day I start to analyze almost every product what I eat and I fund interesting things about. All products what I consume-pop, jus, cookie, meat it’s has bunch of calories that what I didn’t need. For example regular orange jus has 26 or more sugar for 1 cup. Can you imagine it is forth or five tea spoon of sugar? It is same with pops. Cooke and peanuts butter it just sweat poison that kill my metabolism, make me fill with fat and heavy hard bit. I decided do not eat red meat, and stop to drink hi sugar drink, no animal’s fat and cookies. Instead I am eating a lot of fruits, chicken breast and a fish. Nuts are good snack in evening. It increase metabolism and kill my evening hanger. After few days I saw change. I fill full energy, my belly disappear and my shoulder is round like I did gymnastic all my life. My hard bit is 60 per minute and I run fast and long. I very glad with my success and want to share this simple thing that could change life in good way.

Getting rid of processed foods, as you describe, cuts down on calorie-concentrated foods.
Sadly, I love peanut butter.

Jeff... I'm off peanut butter too. It's worth it in order to shed the excess weight.

What if I have a peanut butter and sliced banana sandwich on artisan bread for dinner and a glass of nonfat milk? Is that a cool dinner replacement once or twice a week?

I think that's a good meal replacement. I should mention that I was eating too much of it, thus my decision to nix it from my diet. Although I do have a an occasional cookie or something with peanut butter in it... Cheating, I know!
