I read that article a little while ago and was struck by how similar the point it makes is to much of what you have posted here in the past.

Rightly or wrongly, I skipped the gym today and bought mostly fruits & vegetables at the store.

(Moderate) exercise seems to be healthy for a number of reasons, but apparently it's wrong to cast it in terms of weight loss.

Weight loss seems to be about eating watermelon chunks instead of a doughnut, and bottled water instead of cola, etc.
