Amazon Refuses to Sell Grundig G8 Until a Full Investigation Is Completed

No doubt it's about how they are describing it, which initially caused confusion at many sites. Amazon describes it as being much bigger than it really is, and doesn't even mention that it's got a DSP chip inside. I suspect that Grundig lost a lot of sales due to that marketing faux pas!

I am one of the complainants; specifically, the manner of shipping. Original packaging was dumped into another box, about four times the original's size with no other filler, rattling horribly on arrival.

Radio was fine if a little late, but their primary shipper was really unprofessional in dropping this ball; I got no feedback from Amazon.
