The very appealing Logitech Squeezebox Boom, much praised here, is selling on Amazon for the best price I've seen.

What exactly are the differences between this unit and the Squeezebox radio, besides having a line-in and better audio fidelity?

The Boom has stereo speakers, more amplifier power, and the remote is included.
The Radio has a color screen and can be powered by battery.
They both have a line in.

From everything I hear, the Boom has no glitches. Its smaller brother has gremlins. I'd fork out the extra for the Boom.

If you apply coupon codes pm337eymx and mir15 successively at logitech.com, you can buy the Squeezebox Boom direct from Logitech for $229.49 with free shipping.
