Thanks, Pablo:
I´ve contacted one of my trusted chinese ebay sellers, Aerpix, and he told me that there is no date to get the "english labeled" DTS-10. Maybe in a month, maybe never (as happened with the Kchibo ultraportable line). Anyway, despite I am very interested in the form factor of the DTS-10 and the bass and treble controls, with a nice speaker, receiver performance is my main concern regarding the previous fiasco the DTS-09 with its awful AM performance. I will wait for a in deep report before trying to buy one of this.
having compared the DE1103 extensively with a SONY 7600, i have to say the sony thoroughly trounces it, particularly wrt being much quieter above 5 mhz.t. the only thing 1103 has going for it is wider bandwidth, so if you are 'in the clear' AM like say daytime or 1885, it sounds a bit better
and these things are the same price used/closeout, and my 20 year old DX440 can be had for 20 dollars on ebay - why bother releasing these new units?
i'm sure one day someone like Sangean will combine wifi, shortwave, DRM/DAB/DTV and SD/USB-card audio in a little 909-sized unit and get my interest again

Thanks Pablo, for asking @Aerpix!

I have the (fantastic futuristic-looking) silver version of the DTS-09. Yes, it could have better performance on MW, and it does overload on SW, but I greatly enjoy the radio anyway. A bit of audio distortion is to me worth having this unique collectors' piece. The blue display lighting is extremely cool, if just a bit dim. I have no regrets about buying the DTS-09.
