
I loved mine for the 3 years it lasted. AM stopped working, so I shelved it. Hopefully I got a bad one. This G4000 seems priced right.

I can't comment specifically on the G400A, but I have a Grundig Yacht Boy 400, which is basically the same radio, and after ten years of service, the only problem it has is that the telescopic antenna has broken off from its plastic mounting point inside the case. The radio itself is still working fine.
