I love big, chunky watches but I'm aware that some age with you into middle-age better than others. Diver watches age well, like the above (click on photo for close-up) featured 47mm Citizen Eco-Drive Aqualand JV0030-01E Black Imperial and the 48mm Citizen Eco-Drive Professional Diver.
In contrast, my stunning 50mm Nixon 51-30, shown below, in gunmetal gray has a lot of wow, but I doubt it will age as gracefully as my diver watches.
Something about the divers just doesn't do it for me.

Jesse, that's why there are over 10 million varieties, for all those diverse tastes. The sad thing is I love diver watches but I don't dive. Pathetic. You should see the features my Aqualand has that I will NEVER use.

The solar batteries in the Eco-Drive series should last 20-30 years, or so I'm told.
