Hugo has apprised us of this Pan Crusader. Does anyone know anything about this radio?
Paul helps us out:
http://www.radiointel.com/results2.htm 1) At a price of 120 Euros (+) this radio is of unbelievabley bad quality: Cheap plastic cabinet, even worse are the controls. Poor reception bad audio. Been keeping it to listen to MW, which turns out to be the only thing on the plus-side, albeit not because of reception. The ferrite-antenna is turnable on top of the cabinet, so you don't have to turn the whole thing to improve reception. (+)120 Euros is the price in the shops in Germany - I bought mine at ebay :-)

I have two samples of the version without the tape deck. I got mine for about £40 each.
They are made by Standard Radio at Tokyo in early 1980s. They were sold as Pan Crusader-X, Tokyo Crusader NR82F1, Pan International NR82-F1, Marc NR82-F1 and Globephone GS8008 DX.
Surely the built quality is not the best, especally the controls. The reception is only so-so. However, they are fun radios with lots of controls to play with. If you can find one of good condition at reasonable price, you may just like it.

Thank Jeffs for your help,
also thanks to OWL for your link to HKRadioer.
Looking thru the inside pictures of the radio posted in HKRoadioer site now I know that the same factory who did this radio also did the radio Shack SW-100 (Item number: 180544441592 ) 'cause they show the same crafmanship and even the position of the components inside the cabinet.
By the way Radio Shack SW-100 is fun to play but its performance is good on AM and FM but very poor on SW.
