Circa 1973, this Grundig Satellit 2000 is a bit pricey.

Jeff, is it possible to move the "Recent Posts" and "Recent Comments" up, and push the ads down? Also any way to not have audio/video ads?
Thanks

Paul, I will move those ads down. I had no idea about the audio/video. I'll look into that now.

I have one of these puppies; I bought it about 15 years ago at a flea market for $40. There is a massive drum connected to that funky handle on the right. There are tuning coils galore in and out of that drum, and a very finicky set of copper contact fingers that have to come into a set of contacts near the circuit board. Every few years I have to go in and put a little tension on the fingers by bending them out a little.
Apart from that, it's a wonderful radio; sensitive, stylish and very pleasant to listen to.
