Not a bad price for a big clunker RCA Super Radio, often afflicted with inaccurate analog tuner and wide band AM, causing some bleeding. But for a beater, suited for garage or garden, hard to find offense.

Tom, thanks, I read the article. I'd say over half the students enter the community college from "life on the margins," without the skills, resources, and support to succeed, so the transfer numbers are low. It seems predictable to me.

Here's a real shocker - the Grundig S450DLX has been delayed from October 31 to December 15.

Actually, last year I bought two of these RCA radios for 22 dollars, tax free, free shipping from Amazon. I love these radios!. Heavy, but good sound and the batteries last a very long time. 47 bucks is way too much to pay..just wait...the price will drop.
