KR asked about watches for the swimming pool. Here's a couple on sale: The Swiss Legend Commander for $78 with free shipping and the Helix Okto in navy blue for $78 plus shipping. These are one-day sales. Both appear to have stop watch functions on the chrono.
Jeff, you got me hooked on Invicta's right now and watches with less chrome... For the record, some of the manly things I did wearing my last watch:
1.) Trained for and completed Norseman: world's hardest ironman triathlon.
2.) Cut the skid off a gas tank using a torch at the junkyard, with my buddy Gator, who gets off parole soon.
3.) Soldered capacitors on multiple 75 year old radios with 60% lead solder...
4.) Dug a grave for a 13 year old Lab.
5.) Pulled a half-acre of briars out of the ground by hand, one by one, root and all.
It needs to be a fairly tough watch...

That's manly for sure. I might have to get a Timex Ironman, a beater, in other words. Get an Invicta for dress up or casual but not for tying up wolverines.

KR, Amazon was selling that watch for $364 about six months ago and sold it out in a few days. I have a Venom and while it looks amazing, the case is a bit small for my 8-inch wrists. Amazon has a rubber strap Leviathan for about $159 or so.

Jon Stewart does it again: GE pays no taxes, fires workers, offers their jobs overseas, and Obama appoints CEO to chair the Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.

Paul, I saw that this morning while feeding my twins. Jon Stewart is always very cogent. And funny.
