I was looking for an "easy reader," a watch with huge white Arabic stencil numbers contrasting a black dial. I wanted the bezel to be at least 50mm. Enter the Invicta Corduba 0756 with GMT and a bezel that is close to 60mm if you add the crown. I bought it on Amazon for $150 with free shipping.
I love the easy to read numbers and that this watch is so comfortable on the wrist.
On a scale of 1-10:
Look for the money: 9
Comfort: 10
Ease of telling time: 9
Want to wear it: 10
Functionality with rotating unidirectional bezel: 10
The Corduba 0756 is a winner.

I just got a Timex easy reader watch for $45 including 2 day air that I now love, no date on it too.

Jeff -
If this question is strikes your aesthetic sensibilities as unforgivably gauche, feel free to ignore it.
I'm interested in buying an "atomic" watch (you know, one that received signals to update the time). Are there any such watches out there that meet with your approval?
Cheers,
Carlos
P.S. I still have that rf-7270 "RoyalAire" sitting around if someone wants it.

Carlos, while I'm no fan of the G-Shocks, I believe they make good atomic watches. I think some of the Citizen Eco-Drive Divers have atomic functions but they're pricey. Best luck.

Carlos, I'm interested in the 7270, but I have some questions. If you see this, email me at skyway7862 AT gmail DOT com and we can talk.
Thanks,
Keith
