I recently sold my orange Invicta Venom because the lugs were too tight on my wrist. As a result it wasn't getting much wrist time.
I recently replaced it with a similar color scheme, the flame red and black bracelet Invicta Specialty Reserve 6937. Most Invicta Specialty models with steel bracelet cost $400 and up on eBay, but for whatever reason you can find the 6937 for about $230.
This makes me curious since black bracelets are in fashion currently. I'll have to be resigned to the mysteries of watch pricing.
The 6937 is heavy but comfortable. The white markers give the watch readability in a dark environment.
I'll be taking it to Watch City today to get fitted. My guess is 3 links will have to be removed. I turned off the second hand. I presume that will give me more battery time.
If you like to mix things up with a venom red dial and shiny black bracelet on a thick 52 mm bezel, the 6937 is an excellent choice. (Below shown with the Invicta Offshore Russian Diver)
Herculodge, a question. How can you tell if you are buying a fake on amazon versus the real thing? Just seems some of these watch deals on amazon are too good to be real... Thanks

Shawn, Amazon makes the seller identify the product with the ASIN number and if they catch fraud, they'll kick the seller off the site. Their watches are legit.
