I dislike that dial design -- while I would normally think of a large black watch as a masculine watch, the notched white "bites" into the watch definitely undercut that.

While I like the overall look, especially at that price point, I know the dial will play too small for my tastes because of the thick bezel. I prefer an "open dial" like the Invicta Russian Divers.
