From 1968, perhaps among the first Sony radios with stereo FM. Don't know about performance ...

It's a decent performer that needs to be appreciated more for its overall imaginative design and vintage high quality build rather than for outright superlative performance. The audio is very good and overall it is a pleasant radio that one can listen to for hours on end.
