The Invicta Subaqua Specialty 1398 with a gray strap and gray dial is a huge piece, 52mm across the bezel and over 22mm thick in the case.
The crown is screw-down, which I prefer over the push-pull variety. The lume is only so-so. This is more of a fashion watch. I wouldn't wear this for deep-sea diving.
Having said that, the Subaqua Specialty is in my top-three Invicta styles along with the Ocean Reef and Force Master, circa 2009-2010.
The 1398 is very comfortable, especially considering its size. If you're looking for gray to mix things up, I highly recommend this. Another watch I may want to get is the Invicta S1 Racer 1366, all gray as well. I've never owned an S1 Racer but they look comfortable.
Wow - lovely watch, can't get enough of those Specialty Reserves. I've only got two (6903 and 0524) with a third on deck (0507) but they're among my very favorites. If I was to speculate about my collection a year from now (which is at about 18 and I'm going to try to keep below 30), the Specialty Reserve will probably have the biggest representation of any line.
