I couldn't have made as much money selling the SAS used on eBay, so in a way Amazon did me a favor giving me this partial refund. However, the watch was only 9 months old. A year full exchange policy would have been nice. But on balance I'm happy with the conclusion. Imagine had I sold it and it died on the eBay customer. I would have had a headache to deal with.

While 100 percent of the cost would have been nice, I'm happy with the result.

Yeah, you should be happy - that's good news. Think of it this way: You could get a SNAD05 and SNAB69 for that much plus maybe $50 extra...a few days ago you were facing getting nothing for it.
