Benarus? Where did the "A" come from? Isn't the established brand Benrus? I'm confused.

My thickest watch is a Seiko SNA 413. Dont you keep knocking a watch this thick?
Also how does this fit under a shirt cuff, again the Seiko keeps catching the cuff under itself.
