I emailed Sangean and the WR-12 is still coming out tomorrow. I was worried it would be delayed again, but they said it's shipping from their site tomorrow and should get to other retailers by early next week.

I emailed them too last week and they said the Bluetooth version, the WR-12BT will be available in early December. I'm still holding out for that one!

If your computer is right next to it you'd probably be better off just using the AUX-IN and having the WR-12 be a powered speaker. If you have bluetooth on your laptop, or tablet, or smart phone, you can use it like a wireless speaker so long as you're within 12-15 feet (maybe more if your space is more open). I'll be curious to see the sound quality difference between using AUX-IN and bluetooth. Assuming it ever actually comes out maybe I'll send you review.

I went looking around the Sangean site and found the WR-12BT under Bluetooth Radios (where the WR-22 is as well). Strange they aren't with the other wood radios. It uses the same black and wood scheme as the WR-22 and the WR-5 (which I own).

I hope the black plastic indeed has that laquered-look the rendering on the website has. Dull plastic would diminish the retro vibe.
