This style definitely has grown on me, although I like your SKZ267 better (it may end up on my December wishlist).

Actually, I just checked out the SKZ259 and really like it as well - plus it can be had for a tad cheaper at $196 on Ebay.

Is the bezel and middle links metal or plastic?

Of all the Seikos, this style looks the most like an Invicta - but in a good way.

It's all metal. At first I thought the bezel was plastic but close inspection evidences otherwise. It's a classic. Very comfortable and functional. Seiko at its best.
