Depending on its performance, the Sangean WR-5 will be used in the living room, my bedroom, the kitchen, or the guest bathroom.
Price is usually $120. It went down to $85, then $78, then $76, then, as most recently stated by Vimal, $72. I couldn't resist at that point. With tax it was $78.67.
Its speaker is smaller than the Sangean WR-2's, so I don't expect it to blast the room. I'll be curious how AM reception is affected by that iPod player even in the off position. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there won't be interference.
