No, it has a 3 year battery. I bought the white-faced version.

I tried two samples of the Casio MRW200H-7EV -- the white-faced diver watch. With both of them the second hand ticks midway between the dial markers. It's as if they made no attempt to align the second hand at all. If they're not going to bother to align the second hand with the markers, I wish they'd just omit the second hand entirely. It was worth a try, but I'll be sending them back for a refund.
