Herculodge Shies Away from High-End Watches Because of Service Costs

With Angelo paying up to $700 for a Rolex service and "Geezer" paying $500 for a very basic Rolex service, we see "Geezer's" comments explaining my shying away from the exotics:

My watch is in 98% condition, but the movement needs oiling and whatever Rolex Service, 5th Avenue, NY deems necessary. I won't send that watch to anybody but Rolex. My fear is excessive metal removal when refinishing the case and bracelet. Beautiful watches but they cost a lot of dough to own. I understand why people shy away from them.
