If I sell my 5 Invictas, I may get a Seiko Sumo, but I may have to also sell my Seiko SUN007. Very nice black ice finish on it but between all my Monsters and other divers, it probably won't get enough wrist time to keep. Too bad. I sell two types of watches, those I no longer like and those I like but don't get enough wrist time because they're not high on the wrist time ladder. Watch collectors make decisions like this all the time.

That's how it works for me as well, but it is hard to let go of the latter category - especially my Seikos, four of which I haven't worn in monthes - the SNAD05 and 06, the SNAD33 and SNAD61. I'll probably sell the latter two and either the 05 or 06, but I'm not quite ready to.
That said, I think this is just part of collecting. There's a term I've seen some use - "catch and release" - that describes this.

I tried emailing you about this but your earthlink email isn't working. Anyhow, are you still thinking of selling this? I saw one today in Boston and really liked it, more than I thought I would. I've been wanting a Seiko gunmetal and think I prefer this to the SKA427 because it is more different from my other watches. Let me know and maybe we can work out a non-Epay deal via email.

I haven't been on earthlink in over 10 years. My email is herculodge@verizon.net
yeah, I might sell it to make room for the Sumo or something. But honestly I'm on the fence. If you get it, I guess that would be some consolation.

Ha ha, keeping it in the family is best - I hear that. Sometimes when you get a watch that I want it is satisfying on some level. I'll send an email but I don't want to push it if you're on the fence.
