I have owned the similar-looking SRF-T615 for a few years now; I agree with other ultralight DXers that its performance is completely disproportionate to its size, I don't know what kind of alien technology they use in these tiny models, but it has no problem at all matching my much larger 7600GR move for move across the AM dial. I'd say it rates as a two-star receiver on Jay Allen's shootout scale, which is significant because there are currently no pocket receivers above one star.
I'm not a fan of the built-in earbud models, I have my own awesome 'buds I'd prefer to use (Sony MDR-E828LPs, $8 at Target with better audio than the old school ~$30 Walkman headphones.) And they know how much these serious little radios are worth, be prepared to pay about as much as the aforementioned 7600GR..
