Interesting but not surprising. With innovation moving at a snail's pace defence of their image is of paramount importance and involves a lot of legal wrangling (reminds me of a certain famous technology company based in Cupertino). Sad to see ignorant comments on that article like "Except thah(sp) higher grade Seikos and Citizens have Swiss movements." Odd, since the article itself mentions the opposite of this happening.
