That episode is destined to be a classic; if you're reading this and are at all involved or interested in talk radio, this is definitely a must-listen podcast episode (unless you're unfamiliar with Phil Hendrie, then go listen to some Phil Hendrie and then listen to the podcast..)

I completely agree, StarHalo. Well said.

Phil Hendry is interesting the first couple of times you listen until you catch onto his playing all his characters gimmick, which wears thin really quickly, then he becomes downright unlistenable.

While I haven't listened to Phil Hendrie in a long while, I have fond memories of Bobbie Doolie (spelling?), the busy body know it all.

Bidding currently at $1000.

We used to hear Phil Hendrie on a local talk station, before the station flipped to regional Mexican music. I enjoyed listening to him when I couldn't get to sleep. I enjoyed his show.

Heck yeah, back in the day here in the LA area, it was FreeFM in the afternoon and maybe a little Tom Leykis in the evening, then Phil Hendrie over on KFI, and straight on to Art Bell afterwards.. Of all the things I named on that list, only KFI is still on-air.
