Can you provide a direct link to a site which sells Mizuho products? For example the AT-2000 tuner.

AFAIK, the retail side of Mizuho Radio closed down in 2004. Last I knew, the owner was doing certain repairs upon request at his home office.
There is likely used Mizuho equipment floating around Japan, but I doubt acquiring it would be too cost effective for anyone outside the country.
