It looks very Invicta-ish, in a fun way. I really like the flared case. What size is that thing? It looks big.

I don't see the tourbillon...

Jonny: I measure it at 45MM-----and in my opinion, it doesn't wear big. I have a Cardinal 47MM that dwarfs this, in appearance at least, if not in real measuring.
Ulysses: That polishing cloth (Is that what it is?) might have come from another watch----or maybe Renato uses the same one for all of their packaging, not specific to the watch you're buying. This is an old model----either new old stock or used---but absolutely no signs that the watch was ever worn. I believe the model is called "The Beast."

That makes sense. I looked up some other pictures of different Renato models and they put "Automatic, Chronograph, Tourbillon" on all their boxes. Seems a little weird since they could just make a different insert for each box. It has an interesting case shape, i'll give it that.

I like the watch a lot----wearing it for a weekend trip in fact. For me, the big positives are the hefty weight (I like a heavier watch), mixed gunmetal (satin and polished) and overall style/shape. It gets a "Herculodge Bonus" for having a sapphire crystal and for the very well done gunmetal. The negatives in my view are a small and oddly placed date window and in my opinion, the face of the watch falls short. I would have preferred more of a burgundy or even maroon for the red----and perhaps enamel instead of carbon fiber. I like the idea of carbon fiber and it looks sensational (in my opinion) on an Invicta Sea Spider I have (in black). But for this red color----the texture of the carbon fiber gives it a pinkish glow as the light hits it----and maybe makes the overall presentation (with chronos) a little too busy. But all that said----overall, I'm very happy with it. I will absolutely consider another Renato.
