This is interesting Brazilian receiver.
Maybe somebody know about it anything?

Thanks for the warning. I believe I read a negative review of an earlier model 7 years ago or so on RadioIntel.

Motobras website:

Jay Allen's review on Radiointel:

(not a BAD review, exactly; he says there are some issues with mechanical operation of the radio, but reception is fine).
There are several video reviews on Youtube.

I had the chance to see it in Brazil in a supermarket. Its finishing is in between 'very poor' to 'almost ok'. I had no chance to try it, but I think it's safe to assume it's an average receiver using common TDA and CX chips we see.
Checking two online stores, I found it for about US$ 100. IMHO: that's too much for what I saw.
Motobras used to have really good radios down here in Brazil. Previously named MOTORADIO, this company solds thousands of no-frills yet very reliable portables, tabletops and car receivers. Between 60's and 90's they sold as much as Philips, Philco, National. They bankrupt some where around 2000 and changed its name to Motobras.
I bet the current receivers are some kind of OEM arrangenment, where they order from a Chinese manufacturer following their requirements. However... who is not doing that nowadays?

Looking at the photo, everything about that radio screams "cheap."

I have the same Motobras model that Jay Allen reviewed. Reception was pretty good on SW and MW, but Not so hot on FM. its construction could be best described as flimsy. It won't stand upright on carpet with batteries installed. The battery cover broke on mine, so it is now held on with tape. Mating edges on the case don't quite come together right in a couple of places. Sound quality is good, though i wished for a tone control so I could reduce the treble a little. I added a headphone jack.

Probably smaller than it looks based on the relative antenna size, but here's a red "Vintage Radio" - at this price I'm guessing its junk.
