The super engineer looks great with the Monster, better than the M-Force, in my opinion.

Do you ever wear your old Black Monster?

herculodge

I wear the old Black Monster once a week, as a sign of respect.

My first thought was that I was looking at some sort of new engineer's/Milgauss watch; the band certainly makes the complete package look like serious business..

herculodge

It's one of 9 lume tools in my collection. I have 14 fashion watches also. I have enough in the latter category.

I was busy this morning---getting my kid ready for dinosaur camp, making lunches, etc. I also had to do some prep work on my driveway before a company comes out on Friday to reseal it. In the pandemonium (thank you spell check), I forgot to put a watch on. I must say----I felt naked today----and inadequate too.

Between the "polished" and "brushed", which one do you think suits the Black Monster better? I'm curious cause I just received my second generation monster as well and kinda somewhat hesitant of upgrading to the Super Engineer 2 but it's very tempting.

Go with brushed, for sure. Polished will clash with the brushed case. Strapcode on Amazon sells a great one, the same one I bought.

I'm liking this: http://irreantumwatch.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=3&zenid=l0mc90n31sb1goecro9uab5d37

The bracelet in the amazon link above doesn't quite look the same as in your pictures - this one you also reviewed looks closer:

Yes, that's the one I purchased, the brushed steel Super Engineer II for my second gen Black Monster: http://www.amazon.com/20mm-Engineer-Stainless-Straight-Band-Push/dp/B007FMAKUG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1390267035&sr=8-3&keywords=20mm+brushed+strapcode
