StarHalo

Third pic shows a Terk antenna left on sitting atop a studio monitor speaker; looks like this guy came to the same conclusion I did - just connect an excellent receiver to an excellent speaker, and you get something better than any all-in-one package can deliver..

Hey.....does anyone have $50,000 I can borrow? LOL

Low quality jpgs for a USD 50,000 auction? :-)

Yeah, right. Maybe, just maybe, if it sells, he'll be able to afford a camera with auto-focus. Haha. That being said, good luck to him. I wouldn't mind selling a radio for 50k. (I could use a new house!)

He's doing himself and his potential buyers a real disservice by using such poor pictures of a highly collectible radio.

He could have at least used a decent cellphone camera, as I did with this recent radio auction:

I took all the photos with a Samsung Galaxy S4; the pictures turned out very well in my opinion (and the radio sold within four hours after being posted at midnight :^)
